Treasury Toolbox

About

Treasury Toolbox is built by someone who spent years on the other side of the table.

Thibault Baquet

With a background in engineering and economics, I started my career at Deloitte Financial Risk, advising companies and financial institutions on financial derivatives. I then joined the Belfius trading floor as a quantitative analyst, where I helped rebuild the interest rate derivatives business serving public institutions and corporates.

I then took on broader responsibilities on the trading floor, managing and hedging the interest rate exposure generated by our client activities. This gave me a firsthand view of the challenges treasury teams face when benchmarking bank quotes and managing interest rate risk, as well as how difficult it can be to access the know-how and analytical tools needed to make these decisions.

It was during that time that I started building the software that would become Treasury Toolbox. What began as a personal side project gradually became something more. Market data had become more accessible, and advances in AI made it easier to build and maintain sophisticated analytical tools. This is how the idea for Treasury Toolbox took shape.

Talk to the person who built it.

No sales team, no handover, no account manager reading from a script. When you book a session you get the person who designed the whole logic behind the software.
